There are many ways in which you can assist us in these projects. Here are a few suggestions.

Make a donation

The donations you make will go directly towards supporting community-based grassroots initiatives. If there are projects in which you have particular interest, we encourage you to specify which project your contribution supports.  For all the necessary information about how to make your donation to Partnerships for Opportunity please visit the Donate page of our website.

Donate items

You can lend your support by donating new or used items that are of need among the impoverished families and children involved in our projects. We prefer to purchase items whenever possible in Africa since this supports the local economies, however, we are grateful for the donation of those items which are difficult to purchase in Uganda. We are particularly eager to collect used brass band instruments to support the Mengo-Bakuli Youth, used textbooks at the primary secondary and post-secondary level, and beekeeping suits and equipment. Attend events

You can demonstrate your support for the community-based social development projects with which we are involved by attending one of our events.  Take a look at our regularly updated Events page for a listing of scheduled presentations and functions.

Get Involved

If you are interested in lending some of your time to support any of our projects by organizing a fundraiser, volunteering at one of our scheduled functions or sharing your ideas with us, we are always delighted to have additional involvement.

Likewise, if you are interested in having us present a slideshow presentation to your group or organization, please feel free to contact us to make arrangements. We are happy to share experiences and ideas with other interest groups.
